Tingba Software has released the beta version of the service desk product with the following features

  • Incident Management
  • Problem Management
  • Change Management
  • Service Asset and Configuration Management
  • Self Service

The current version is now almost feature complete for the release of the GA version. Pricing and the release of the product is expected to be announced sometime in November of 2010.
