Few months back, i was reading a blog post that talked about  the new trend  among vendors of the ITIL tools claiming to be  On Demand and SaaS based.

One of the interesting point that the author makes is that, some of the tools do not even have a minimalistic modern user interface and therefore gives the author a feeling that those tools remind him of upgraded older system. While this may not be neccessarily true, but a minimalistic UI seems to be a norm these days...
