This is the first official post of tingbasoft and I would like to begin this post by providing a brief introduction of who we are and what we do.

tingbasoft is a software development company based in Canada. Our product is called tingba Service Desk. This is an on-demand IT Service Desk.

I am very excited to announce that a beta version of tingba Service Desk will be out  in next few weeks. Stay tuned for further updates on the exact date when it will be released. The beta version will be an on-line live demo site. Which means, prospective customers can actually test the software and see it in action. Customers who are interested in beta testing will be provided deep discounts. Details will follow in my next post to coincide with the announcement of the beta launch.
