      <title>Minimalistic design and new features for the service desk to be released in July</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Few months back, i was reading a blog post that talked about  the new trend  among vendors of the ITIL tools claiming to be  On Demand and SaaS based.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;One of the interesting point that the author makes is that, some of the tools do not even have a minimalistic modern user interface and therefore gives the author a feeling that those tools remind him of upgraded older system.       <title>Problem with the server this morning caused the site to go offline</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;This morning, around 7 AM, I received a call from the  IT support team that the web server hard disk had failed and they were working to restore the service.&lt;/p&gt;
